Andrew H. Connor (Andy) is a corporate, finance and transactional attorney with more than 30 years of experience. He has represented buyers and sellers of businesses, borrowers and lenders (both senior secured and subordinated) in dozens of transactions. Three recent examples: representation of a large seafood importer and distributor in connection with negotiation and documentation of a secured revolving credit facility; representation of the private owners of a chain of retail pharmacies in selling the business; and representation of a secured lender in a term loan transaction to an agricultural business.
Andy has also served as corporate counsel to many closely held businesses, assisting with contract negotiations, buy-sell arrangements, acquisitions, financing and other legal matters.
Andy also has substantial experience with respect to district energy projects. District energy involves construction of a central plant to provide heating or cooling and a service system to distribute those services to many individual customers. Legal work involved includes land acquisition, construction of the plant and distribution system, financing, and negotiation of service contracts between the provider and customers.
