Andrew has been designated as an Illinois Super Lawyer – Rising Star for the past 3 years (2015-2017) by Thompson Reuters, a designation earned by fewer than 2.5 percent of all attorneys under 40 in the state of Illinois.

  • Represented a private real estate venture in the acquisition, disposition, ground leasing, development, and financing of various residential, commercial, and mixed use properties across the US.
  • Represented a US-based physicochemical data analysis and consulting company in the stock acquisition of a UK competitor with a US subsidiary.
  • Represented a custom hardwood manufacturer in the asset sale of its business with a simultaneous real estate disposition of its manufacturing plant.
  • Represented a Chicago-based ticket reselling marketplace in various office-based leasing transactions.
  • Represented a payment card solutions company in the leasing of its Chicago-based corporate headquarters and 45,000+ rsf Kentucky manufacturing and distribution facility.
