Jeffrey’s practice focuses on venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and private placements. Jeffrey also represents his clients in general corporate matters, including intellectual property licensing, leasing transactions, employment agreements, structuring employee equity plans, and negotiating various commercial agreements.
In each of 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018, Jeffrey was named an Emerging Lawyer by Law Bulletin Publishing Company for “Mergers & Acquisitions Law” and “Securities and Venture Finance Law” , a designation earned by fewer than 2 percent of all attorneys under 40 in the state of Illinois.
